The Arrabbiata sauce is one of the most famous and beloved recipe of Italian cuisine. Few simple ingredients for a sauce for pasta appreciated and known all over the world. We prepare this sauce using only Italian tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of pepper.
Everybody should always keep a reserve of arrabbiata sauce in the pantry: unexpected friends or midnight spaghetti. Never be unprepared.
The sauce is ready to use and we recommend you warm it slightly (do not let it boil) and add it to pasta, finishing with an extra virgin olive oil.
