Truffle knots

INGREDIENTS

  • truffle knots
  • truffle sauce by "freschi di natura"
  • butter to taste
  • sage to taste
  • fresh truffle from the Berici hills

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the noodle knots in salted water for about 4 minutes, sauté them in a pan with a knob of butter and sage, serve with the truffle sauce "freschi di natura" and fresh truffle slices
