A sauce created with 100% Italian tomato pulp and truffle. The truffle tomato sauce was invented because it combines two great Italian traditions in a single product: the red tomato sauce with its simplicity and the truffle with its elegance. We also prepare this sauce with the most classic of Italian preparations: the so called “soffritto”. Soffritto is a preparation of vegetables that combined with extra virgin olive oil enhances and enriches the flavor of the classic tomato sauce. To better enjoy our truffle tomato sauce, we recommend cooking “tagliatelle”, draining them and mixing in a pan together with the truffle tomato sauce. To finish the dish we recommend adding flakes of truffle, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano. A quick dish with great personality and character.
